To get the full benefit from the 8-Week Breakthrough Results Program, you must make the following COMMITMENTS: 1. Completing your Coaching Questionnaire at the start of your 8-Week Breakthrough Results Program; 2. Showing up on time for every telephone coaching session (if unable, you must call your Certified Results Coach prior to your appointment, and reschedule for a time that is (preferably) within 24 hours of your appointment; 3. Completing your "HomePlay" Action Steps, by the dates agreed in each session; 3. Completing the consequences if any of the above conditions have not been met. The consequence will be set at the start of the program. 4. By paying for this program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, and to be bound by them. Please choose carefully, as cancellation of the 8-Week Breakthrough Results Program is not possible. Refunds will not be provided.
